Placing an Order
Purchasing your goods with us is simple and quick. Before you order please ensure that:
You have ordered the correct size for the product (if applicable)
You are aware of the expected delivery dates for the product
The desired quantity is correct
Then email us at t-os@live.com. Once we receive your email we validate the orders and then we will get back to you.
PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS BY EMAILS.

Can I change my order?
If you wish to change your order, you will need to contact the Customer Services team as soon as possible after placing your order. This is because we start processing the order as soon as the order confirmation email is sent. This enables us to provide you with the quickest possible service.

I've ordered multiple items with different stock availability. When will these be delivered?
If you have selected multiple items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all the items are ready. If you need to some items quicker than others then you will need to order them separately.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
Whilst we make every effort to ensure all items in store are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock. If the item you have selected is out of stock, then we will email you to inform you.
When the item is back in stock, an email will be sent to you

Items in high demand
If a particular item is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take and we will inform you.

If we cannot get any more stock
If an item is out of stock and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if there is an item that you really want, email our
Customer services team with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.


What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
In the unlikely event we send you the wrong product. Please send the product back to the address to Muzammil Latona, Glen Park, Vacoas by recorded delivery and enclose a completed returns slip (this can be found on the back of your delivery note) and proof of postage. As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will despatch the correct product and issue you with the postage refund.


How long will my delivery take?
Delivery will take up to 3 weeks or 4 weeks

In all the options shown above, you will receive an email from us once your order has left the warehouse.
Should your order be marked as available for immediate despatch and it fails to reach you within the times quoted above, then please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist you.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PAYING
The Customer may make payment by any one of the following methods:
·         Cash
·         Cheque
·         Postal Order
Cash 
  • Cash on delivery of goods.

Cheque
  • Cheques should be crossed and made payable to “Muzammil Latona”. Please send the payment to “Glen Park, Vacoas”. Please write the applicable customer account number on the back of the cheque. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted. Once cheque is cleared then goods will be dispatched.

Postal Order

  • If you fancy shopping online but don't have a bank account or simply feel nervous about handing over your personal financial details, a Postal Order bought from your local Post Office branch could be the answer. It should be payable to “Muzammil Latona”. Please send the payment to “Glen Park, Vacoas”. Once postal order is cleared then goods will be dispatched.
